“We are pleased to recommend John for his outstanding renovation and building work for us over the last few years. John completed a kitchen renovation for us at Potts Point in 2009. When we purchased another apartment in the area he was our immediate choice to undertake work needed to renovate and improve the property which involved extensive work to the kitchen, living and bedrooms, and entrance foyer. Before and since, John has also worked to acclaim with other members of our family.

John assisted us to develop plans for the project providing interesting and valuable suggestions on design and detail, including a floor to ceiling wine rack and kitchen island on wheels. He then organised removal of existing structures, appliances and cupboards, and co-ordinated, supervised and completed all aspects of the work to meet tight deadlines.

As well as his high standard, innovative joinery and building work, and professional installation of new appliances throughout, John also engaged high performance sub-contractors for painting, plumbing and electrical work, and efficiently managed the coming and going in a large apartment block with strict rules regarding access and use of common property. John also located suppliers for glass and mirrors, kitchen tops and bathroom accessories and made helpful suggestions regarding sourcing other materials.

John is also trustworthy and honest. We were out of the country for the last two hectic weeks of the work leaving John completely in charge. We returned to a magnificent finished product, delivered on time and within the financial parameters set at the commencement of the work.
